Do you provide international shipping?
Certainly, we offer shipping services worldwide.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
To ensure efficient processing, we kindly request that you submit any requests for changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate requests made after this time. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.
When will my order be processed?
Our warehouse handles and dispatches all orders. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays and peak sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and shipped the next business day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time depends on your country of residence and the shipping method you choose during checkout. Due to high demand, certain orders may take over 2 weeks to arrive.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
From where do you ship your products?
Depending on inventory availability, we currently ship from China and Finland. Additionally, we are in the process of establishing a warehouse in the USA to distribute some of our stock.
Will I be charged customs fees and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in Euros (or your local currency). Therefore, you may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes when you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and other customs fees are determined by your local customs office and may be imposed upon the arrival of your order at its final destination. You are responsible for these charges, as they are not covered by us. Please note that any delays caused by the customs department in your country are beyond our control. For more information about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
How do I initiate a return?

What should I do if I receive defective, incorrect, or damaged items?
If you receive products that are defective, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately. Provide your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any relevant references from the package you received. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
When can I expect to receive my refund?
Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be processed by the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item or cancellation request. If you have any questions about when the credit will be posted to your account, please contact your card-issuing bank. If you have not received a credit for your return yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company. Sometimes, it may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.
